Terms of Service

These terms apply to all purchases made through comfortstones.co.uk. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our Products All items are handpainted and handmade in the UK. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in colour, size, and finish are normal and part of what makes each piece unique.

Personalised Orders Personalised items are made to order. Please double-check all personalisation details before submitting your order, as we cannot accept returns on personalised items unless an error has been made on our part.

Pricing & Payment All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken in full at the time of order.

Shipping We aim to dispatch orders within [X] working days. Delivery times may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other carriers once an item has been dispatched.

Cancellations Non-personalised orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Personalised orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
